What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and your message. We use them only to reply to you.

Our apps

To run your license, our apps store your email address, your Etsy order number and an anonymous device ID. They do not read your photos, contacts or messages. Photos you use inside an app stay on your device.

Files you send us

Files attached to our forms (logos, photos, plans) are deleted from our server automatically after 10 days.

ADA Sign Maker and other tools

Designing in our sign tools needs no sign-up. When you ask for a PDF proof or cut files we ask for your name, company and email address. We use them to send what you asked for, to confirm your email and to run your license key. We email you design tips and offers only if you tick that box; every email has a link to stop them, or write to hello@amzestudio.com. Your design settings (sizes, text and colors, not your files) are kept on our server for 30 days so the link in your email can open them again, then deleted automatically.

Visitor statistics

We count page views, the website that sent you here and whether a form was sent, as daily totals. These counts use no cookies and store no IP addresses.

Website chat

Before chatting we ask for your email address (and, if you like, your name and WhatsApp number) so we can follow up on your questions. We save the chat with these details and may contact you about what you asked; we delete chats after 365 days, or sooner if you ask. Please do not type passwords or payment details in the chat.

Cookies

This website uses one session cookie to protect our forms. If you sign up in one of our tools, a cookie remembers that this browser has signed up, so we do not ask again. We do not use advertising cookies.
