What a proof looks like.
Every proof is a sheet your customer can sign off and your shop can build from: scaled views, every dimension, material and finish callouts, Braille placement and an approval block. We use your template, or this clean one if you don't have yours yet.

Who is behind the desk.
Our lead designer has worked in signage since 2015, producing customer proofs, ADA layouts and shop drawings for sign companies. Hundreds of proofs across monument signs, channel letters, ADA room signs, bronze plaques, reception walls, window graphics and vehicle wraps. We know what your fabricators need on the sheet, because we have been the people making those sheets.

Questions sign shops ask.
Can we try you before we sign up?
Yes. Send one small job, one sign type, and we make the proof free of charge. You get the proof PDF with a SAMPLE mark; the production files come with your first package. One free test per company.
What counts as one proof?
One sign type or one drawing sheet, with two rounds of changes. An ADA package with ten room signs of the same design is one proof; three different designs are three proofs.
Do unused proofs carry over?
No, each month starts fresh. If you need more, extra proofs are billed at the package rate, or you can move up to the Pro Desk at any time.
Will my customer ever see AMZE Studio?
No. Files carry your company name, your proof template and your title block. We never contact your customers, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
How does overnight turnaround work?
We work from Pakistan, about 10 hours ahead of US Central time. Send files by 6 PM Central and the proofs are usually in your inbox by 8 AM the next morning.
Are your ADA layouts compliant?
We lay out every tactile sign to the 2010 ADA Standards (section 703): raised characters 5/8" to 2" high, Grade 2 Braille below the text, and mounting notes for 48" to 60" to the baseline. Local codes and final fabrication remain your responsibility, and we flag anything unusual on the plans.
What happens to the files we upload?
Files sent through this form are kept on our server for 10 days and then deleted automatically. Working copies stay in a private project folder for the time we work with you.
Which files do we receive?
A PDF proof for your customer plus production files in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, set up for your machines. Fonts are outlined.
How is the scope of work priced?
Per project, based on the number of plan sheets. You get a fixed price before we start. Pricing, bonds and submittals stay with your team.
How do we pay?
Packages are paid monthly in advance in USD by bank transfer. Scope of work projects are paid before delivery. You can stop a package with 30 days' notice.
